All you need for this 30 minute workout is a pair of dumbbells.
- A total of 5 exercises performed 3X.
- 30 second intervals for each exercise.
- no rest between each interval.
- Repeat the set 3X
- 1 – 1.5 minute rest after each set
- In – Out Plank Jumps
- Squat to Shoulder Press
- Plank T raises
- Side Lunge (30 seconds each side)
