Price - $40  for a 1 hour session.

30 Minute Sessions

Group  1 Hour Session (2 people)

This is a fun 1 hour session with a group of two. This is great for someone who has a friend they would like to do the sessions with. Another benefit is you will saving some money by splitting the price for 2 people.


Price - $60  for a group 1 hour session.

My goal it to give you a fun, challenging and rewarding workout session.  I use a variety of fun and innovative exercises - free weights, TRX Suspension System, Medicine Balls, flexibility, core exercises and  some heart pumping cardio. All you need is yourself, desire and a willingness to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

I will be working with you the entire time. Each session will be personalized to you and your goals. With these sessions you will also receive a personalized weekly workout routine sent to you, my time and attention to you, I will answer any questions you have throughout the week and a newsletters from me with healthy tips and ideas.

Your 1st session will consist of some assessments, measurements will be made, we will talk about your goals and delve deeper into your lifestyle habits. I will also provide you with a bag with some fitness goodies and a book full of meal plans, recipes, grocery list ideas , the do's and dont's of eating, nutrition tips, workout ideas and some worksheets that will help you reach your goals and lifestyle changes.


* Sessions are performed in a private and comfortable studio in my home. The studio is 400 sq. ft. with a separate entrance located in Draper, Utah.


 Health Coaching Sessions 


1 month (2 sessions - 45 minutes each) $65 

$60 each additional month.

If 2 months are paid in advance a $15 discount will be given.

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
